• Register for one of DiveAssure’s travel plans upon making your first payment for your next trip or better yet – right away. Cover your vacation – whether diving vacation, other adventure or non-adventure vacation, or even a business trip. Add year-round dive accident coverage to cover your local diving activities.
• Primary Coverage:
  Only DiveAssure travel programs offer PRIMARY dive travel and other travel insurance benefits. “Primary insurance” means that your insurer will pay directly to service providers (i.e. air ambulance, hospital, recompression chamber etc.), or reimburse you in full for your payments made by you, disregard any other insurance you may have, which may or may not cover the incident. All DiveAssure programs are primary. With a policy that is not primary processing your claim may take a long time and you may be required to finance evacuation/medical bills, which can run tens of thousands dollars high. Additionally, a diving related claim can have an effect on your personal health insurance record.
• The DDM Package:
  The DDM Package is included with all DiveAssure travel programs (at no extra charge). The DDM Package is a comprehensive set of additional personal emergency dive- medical services that enhances the already first-rate medical coverage provided by the Diamond Plan with additional medical consultation and oversight provided by the DDM medical team.
