Have a medical question concerning diving? We have the answers for you. DiveAssure members can now call the DiveAssure new non emergency medical hotline with questions on diving safety and other non-emergency medical diving related issues. Questions will be answered by the DiveAssure team and the physicians at the Duke Center for Hyperbaric Medicine and Environmental Physiology at Duke University.

Emergency inquiries
In case of diving emergency, whether actual or if you are concerned or fear that you might need advise regarding a potential diving-medical issue, please contact Travel Guard at 1-800-401-2271 and mention policy number SRG9100743. The Travel Guard agent will refer your call to a Duke physician for further consultation. DiveAssure partner dive businesses and dive leaders are also welcome to call with such inquiries.
